sexuality and hershi

Being a survivor of sexual abuse, sexuality is a tough topic for me to handle in a mature fashion. As a result, I have expressed my sexuality using Hershi, despite, again, his sunny, carefree disposition. Still, I am an adult, and I should be free to draw these sorts of things- right? Much of my more pornographic (rather than vent-leaning/ crude) art is still tucked away in sketchbooks, hiding away from the world. I have seldom drawn NSFW of Hershi out of personal pleasure, though as I continue on trying to understand my sexuality and sexuality in general, that could change.
